The annual neighborhood garage sale is June 28, 2025 from 8 am to 2 pm. Sellers must be paid up members of the Carriage Hills POA. The address of your sale site will be advertised in the local newspapers and have been placed on a map here. There will also be Carriage Hills entrance signage. The deadline for signing up is June 14, 2025!
The CHPOA Annual Meeting will be held on July 15, 2025, from 6:30 – 8:30 PM in the lower level of the Community Center. Topics include Board Elections, a presentation by Estes Park Water Department, and a presentation on Home Ignition Zone Assessments with option to obtain two 5-packs of leaf bags. Also, a discussion of potential mandatory dues.
Saturday, August 9th. CHPOA Community Picnic, Stanley Park Osprey Shelter, 4pm – 8pm. Games, Hot dogs, and Burgers will be provided. BYOB and bring a dish to share. ALL Residents of the Community are Welcome.
Slash pickup starts August 4, 2025. Make sure you have it piled along the road in front of your house by August 1. Cut the branches to about 4-foot lengths and stack them with butt ends toward the street. No limbs greater than 3″ in diameter, root balls, or stumps can be accepted.

The Carriage Hills Property Association (CHPOA) is responding to a key issue raised at the Member’s Annual Meeting. The current set of Carriage Hills covenants, written in the 1960’s and 1970’s needs to be brought up to date, in line with current Colorado State law. CHPOA Member’s support for this endeavor, at the meeting, was clear.
To provide a means for residents who choose to voluntarily provide supplemental funding to expedite this process, the CHPOA Board has formed an ancillary organization called Friends of Carriage Hills. The funds raised will be used for the process and options for bringing the covenants up to date.
The CHPOA Board is welcoming residents of Carriage Hills to join in the fundraising efforts, if they so desire. The Board is excited to announce that four residents have already volunteered to donate $500 each to Friends of Carriage Hills as a means of kick-starting the fundraising.
