The CHPOA Annual Meeting will be held on July 15, 2025, from 6:30 – 8:30 PM. Topics include Board Elections, a presentation by Estes Park Water Department, and a presentation on Home Ignition Zone Assessments with option to obtain two 5-packs of leaf bags.

Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale – June 28
The annual neighborhood garage sale is June 28, 2025. Participants must be paid up members of the Carriage Hills POA. The address of your sale site will be advertised in the local newspapers and placed on a map on this website. There will also be Carriage Hills entrance signage. The deadline for signing up is June 14, 2025!
